Inspiration (from the word 'inspire or to breathe in') is not something we actually learn, inspiration is something that we ignite and feel. Something that is ignited within us. Usually, this quality is ignited because we feel purpose. When we feel purpose to learn or grow we get the energy to provide the task, service, expression or impulse to do whatever it is that we need to do. Inspiration is what we feel when we are switched ON and ready for what is being presented to us in LIFE.  When we are inspired, we are ready to connect and answer the call.

Inspired Learning is igniting our willingness to feel engaged, purposeful and responsive to life.

Inspired learning plays a crucial role in personal and professional growth, and it motivates us to develop skills, adapt, and thrive in a constantly changing world.

5 reasons why inspired learning is essential in both life and the workforce:

1. Adaptability in a Changing World

The world is constantly evolving, with new technologies, methodologies, and information emerging all the time. Feeling inspired to learn helps us stay relevant, current and adapt to these changes, making it easier to face challenges with confidence and therefore remain engaged in our relationships and careers.

2. Personal Growth and Fulfillment

Inspired learning enriches our lives by expanding our perspectives, challenging our beliefs, and fostering self-awareness. It fuels curiosity and encourages personal growth, which can lead to a more fulfilling and purposeful life.

How often are we truly inspired?

Are we truly inspired when we feel a greater purpose in what we are doing? For example when we work and we remember why it is we are doing that particular job? Does it ignite our inspiration to learn and develop in that area of service?

3. Building Skills and Expertise

In the workforce, strengths and resources are critical for success. Continuous learning enables us to deepen our expertise, develop new competencies, and enhance our problem-solving abilities, all of which contribute to career fulfilment

4. Increased Confidence and Independence

Tapping into our own wisdom empowers us. As we learn, we become more confident in our abilities, which leads to greater responsibility and responsivity in making decisions, solving problems, and taking initiative. This self-assurance is valuable in both personal life and professional settings.

5. Inspiring Ourselves and Others and Building Connections

Igniting a new part of ourselves that feels inspired to learn, unfold, and grow can make us role models for others, inspiring them to pursue their own personal growth. Additionally, it enables us to connect with like-minded people and share insights, fostering strong, collaborative relationships in our communities and workplaces.

In essence, inspired learning is not just a means to an end; it’s a reawakening of what lies within us all. A natural wisdom and understanding of the continuous journey that we are navigating. A way to be as we journey through this school of life.

Inspired Learning How does it feel to be truly inspiring?

To be truly inspiring paves the way for others to also reconnect back to their own personal reasons for feeling inspired. When we are inspiring we support our communities and our families to deepen in develop and reconnect back to what our values are as a society. Inspiring others can only happen when we are first inspired, ourselves.
